Every single thing we serve is made in-house, from the beer in your glass to the sauces on your plate. Behind it all are owners Dheren Stewart, whose Le Cordon Bleu training and high-volume hospitality roots shape a bold, approachable menu, and Shallece Peters, a Milwaukee name in music and voice with nearly two decades of experience crafting cocktails and leading people. Together, they’ve built a people-first business that takes care of the team who makes it all possible and the guests who make it feel like home.
